We have been overwhelmed by the support from our customers across New Zealand and Australia buying our NZ made merino face masks, and the influx of orders has been much larger than expected.

 

Demand is far exceeding our ability to supply at the moment. To ensure our team are able to fulfil our existing orders as quickly as we can, we are sorry to say that we cannot take any more face mask orders at this time.

 

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime, we are moving to increase production as fast as we can. We are sure you will understand also that the lockdown hasn’t helped.
