RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

Returns

You are able to return your Tussock Ridge Merino garment purchased directly from our website for a refund if you wish. If you would like to return an order, you must contact us before sending your garment back. We will then issue a returns number. Please contact us on the following email: admin@seabreezeapparel.co.nz

Returns must be made within 21 days of the shipping date. The garment must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the tags attached. Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be inspected and a refund given.

 

Exchanges

You are able to exchange your Tussock Ridge Merino garment purchased directly from our website if you wish. If you would like to exchange an order, you must contact us before sending your garment back. We will then issue a returns number. Exchanges must be returned to us within 21 days of the shipping date. The garment must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the tags attached. Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be inspected and an exchange made.

 

Faulty Garment

If your garment is faulty we will replace this for you or issue a refund. We guarantee the workmanship on the garments for 3 months. Garments damaged by the customer are not faulty. Please contact us on the following email so we can resolve your issue: admin@seabreezeapparel.co.nz
