AUSTRALIA:

Flat rate of NZ$15.00 for all orders under NZ$75.00 to anywhere in Australia.
USA:
Free shipping for orders over NZ$150.00
Flat rate of NZ$35.00 for all orders under $150 to anywhere in the USA.
UK:
Free shipping for orders over NZ$150.00
Flat rate of NZ$35.00 for all orders under $150.00 to anywhere in the UK.
REST OF THE WORLD:
Free shipping for orders over NZ$200.00
Flat rate of NZ$45.00 for all orders less than NZ$200.00 to the rest of the world.
